I lost my money and raise cant recover it
I got a Lowes card with big amount which I can not use all in a short time. One day when I shop in the store. My e-gift is gone and a notification states shipped. I have no idea whats going on. Called Raise and the agent told me Lowes changed the policy. I need to have physical card. They will contact with the seller and have the card ship to me. However, its already over 100days. They only ask seller to keep it for certain days. Also, the purchase is over money back guarantee. They cant help. There are several calls and emails back and forward. After that, I never get further update and the seller, of course, never ship anything to me. Im angry that Raise never send out a notice to tell user your egift will be expired or invalid or requests the seller to ship the card until there is a problem. Raise and seller saved postage and it turns out I lose a lot more.
The original purchase history states the gift card will never expired. This is not true when the policy changed.
I lost all my balance in the card. In the whole time, I actually lost more than saved because of that.
I also kept the original purchase history in PDFs. I can not even see the same statement on my account now. They just change it without letting you know.
Stay away from it.
