When I first encountered Raise I was extremely skeptical but I have spent thousands buying gift cards without a hitch until today. I didnt receive 2 gift cards and its been over 2 weeks. Called this morning and was listened to, serviced and refunded the $. I am impressed with them and will continue to use their app!

I had purchased cards that have not worked. Recently I purchased two cards that could be use on the mobile app at the time of purchase. I showed up to use them at Jiffy Lube after I had completed the oil change and Raise changed the terms of service that they could no longer be used on the mobile app. I had to shell out an additional $100. When I asked for a refund Raise said they could not give me a refund. They do not stand behind their terms of service. Beware!!!

This App started failing a few days ago, and now I cant log on the app, only on the website!! Need update ASAP!!!

I was VERY skeptical of this app, but all my suspicions have gone out the window! This app is everything it says and more...

I would give them 0 stars if it would let me!!! Took my husband out for Fathers Day and the card I purchased had already been used!! Called Raise and they basically said oops sorry theres nothing we can do... But we credit you $10 to use towards a $50 purchase!! What a joke!!! A $10 credit for a $60 gift card that doesnt work!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

2 of my 9 cards purchased have been fraudulent (i.e. purchased with a fraudulent credit card and then resold on Raise to suckers like me). I was lucky to have discovered the first card within their 100-day policy but not so lucky on the second. Raise only verifies cards once when put up for sale and once when sold. Pretty weak authentication process, considering fraudsters move quickly. After 100 days, the liability shifts to you - no recourse. Raise does nothing. How long does it take to burn through a $100 fast casual restaurant gift card? Probably more than 100 days if its just for you. Me - down $90. Merchant - down $10. Raise and the fraudsters - up $100. Raise valuation in the long run = business model driven by fraud = $0.

I can no longer update card balances or delete cards once they have been used. Please fix. Thanks!

They will not pay you! I gave 100$ worth of gift cards and they did not give me a dime! Unable to log in to my account but my friend was able to log onto his on the same device!

Used it to buy gift cards will use again and again. A friend told me I could use this app to save money. I started with Home Depot for a home remodel and now I use it for every store I can. This app has saved me a ton of money!

I bought a gift card it says it has zero balance I spend 75 dollars and was robbed !

Benefit of discounts really depend on the brand. For the stores I shop - the average savings make a difference. I frequently check this app when I head out for some retail therapy to see if can save a few bucks to sometimes 20+% off. As for selling - Ive never done it before. My husband has and its an easy process that is actually kind of a fun experience.

I bought a 171.00 card to Lowes for 10% off. I was nervous going into store but worked perfectly. If I were you Id Google raise reviews. You may get more unbiased reviews than those on iTunes.

I purchased a card a more than a hundred days ago and Ive not been able to access it because there was a problem with my pin and the app. I finally get the pin sorted out after attempting to contact the company for a while now. When I go to use my card when scanned it says there are no funds available. When I call they tell me because of my 100 days of not accessing my account they can only give me a 5$ gift card and some 5$ promo. I think I paid 90$ for this card so Im out 80$ and I still have to use your unreliable app to access the measly 10$ they gave me. Needless to say this is a rip off and Im upset at my experience with raise.

This app literally makes your money go further wherever you shop. Ive saved over $250 at places I wouldve been shopping at anyways.
