Stay Away - You will get scammed!

First time trying to buy a physical gift card to TGI Fridays I got scammed. Card never came in the mail. Contacted Raise and no response. Will now have to file dispute with my credit card company. They do not do their part to verify seller identity or verify if gift cards actually exist. Anyone else interested in a class action lawsuit???

Solid

I use it every time Im about to make a purchase, ecards go to my wallet so I can use right away. Like finding money on the ground the way I use it

I love Raise

I love raise I just started using it and I get my gift cards within an instant to my wallet and can use them in my favorite stores

Ah

Giving this one star since inbox dollars never credited me for downloading it

No brainer!

I love this app! I have already saved almost $400 buying the things I would buy anyway. Before making any purchases now, I make it a rule to check this app first for a gift card. I had one issue where I never received the card and Raise customer service was great about fixing the problem.

Scam

For the love of God do not buy any gift cards from this app, sellers will just scam you and Raise does nothing to help you

Scammers! Beware! Stay Away!

As a hardworking scammer that relies on apps like these to collect others hard-earned money, Ill just go ahead and put the word out that this app stinks! First of all, profile pictures cant be uploaded. How am I supposed to know who to scam if I cant see whether theyre susceptible to physical threats online? Secondly, user information like Social Security #s, cell #s, and home addresses should be clearly visible next to each name. That theyre not makes me skeptical about Raises true affiliation here... When its all said & done, this is a terrible app for scamming people. Ive had better luck talking career lawyers into signing up for pyramid schemes (the senior ones are too proud to admit to their caretakers that theyre too senile to take financial decisions anymore). Scammers should stick to charging no-shows to honest Uber passengers. (/sarcasm)(/joke).

Lost points

I purchased several fuel and subway restaurant gift cards and received all of them. However, it turns out at least one of the subway cards was purchased with a stolen credit card. Although I was able to use the funds on the card, it resulted in me losing over 1000 subway reward points which 98% I earned with paying cash. Subway is well aware about the problem with Raise. In fact they asked if I purchased it from Raise.

Never had an issue

Ive bought gift cards up to $250 and never had an issue with them getting lost in the mail or not having the balance on them. I wish they offered to ship certified, but that would be my only suggestion. If this is a scam, I havent seen any indication of that yet. If I did, Id just go through my banks fraud protection service to get my money back and let them fight any battles with Raise for me. Its a win-win for me.

Very useful and helps to save a lot of money

I use this app all the times in the shopping mall when I want to buy something from an store.

Fantastic service

Its amazing to see the actual savings I receive at my favorite retailers. My dollar really does go further.

Money money money.

I love this app. Once you use it, there is no turning back. I love saving on every purchase I make!

A really smooth savings experience

And the services nearly instant. Im saving money all the time.

Saves me money

Ive been using Raise for awhile now and Im learning that for certain stores I shop at all the time, I can basically always shop at a discount. Thats really amazing.

Peace of mind

The app is beneficial with a grain of salt. However make sure you read if the gift card is online or mailed, that can be annoying at times. The biggest down fall I would say, check your gift card right away for balance. At times the gc can be a zero balance, and after 100 days the company will not help! Beware of scammers, purchase and use right away! Thats what I do, and I use it everytime. Saved lots of money!!
