App ...crash after crash.

Please be aware that many gift cards sold by Raise may have zero balance. So far, gift cards of Apple, Gymboree, and Santa Fe Cattle Co I purchased had zero balance by the time I used them. In some cases, balance disappeared within a day. I dont have a good impression about their support either because I had to call their support numerous times to request a refund. Sometimes they are quick to process, but in at least 3 occasions I had to keep calling and emailing them over several months until receiving a refund. I still purchase Walmart gift cards at Raise because they have never been voided out so far. This is probably because Walmart keeps record of the location where its gift card was used. I would stay away from using this app if its all possible.

Be careful when purchasing from Raise.com! Two of the gift cards I purchased from Raise.com had the balance zerod out after I used a small portion of each gift card. I lost $74 and $174, respectively. Im so disappointed. One giftcard did not arrive. Raise checks the balance before and at purchase, but cannot control if sellers are dishonest and use the giftcard after you do!!! Remember to use the whole balance right away--at least within 100 days of purchase! Raise is unable/unwilling to help you if the purchase date is more than 100 days. Good luck!

The app steals your e-card!!!! Dont use this app!!!!!!!

Bought a $100 gift card for Claires for my daughter for Christmas. She decided to use it last week. It said "this card is not valid in this country" (United States). Raise said they wont give me money back because I didnt use the card within however many days they decided I had to use it.

I have saved a ton of money using this app online and in stores. Now I always check to see if theres a card available before I buy. Customer support is fantastic!

I went into the restaurant tonight, ordered, and went to pay with my Raise gift card BUT THERE WAS MISSING ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PIN!!!!

Sold a gift card and am unable to spend my earnings on another card because I cant link my bank account. I lost $25.

Cant login after update, keep saying theres connection error, but no problem logging in with the browser.

I bought a Starbucks gift card last month. But when i second time to use the card, the balance is 0. I called Starbucks, the said the card have some problems, it is not safe to use. it is not reliable. although Starbucks refund the balance. I still very angry. They said if it happen again, they wont give any refund.

A terrific way to save money virtually anywhere. I use it all the time. Easy and sometimes the discounts are huge.

The Raise app is great! I was able to save on. DSW card while going up the escalator and it was in my wallet by the time I needed to pay. So quick and easy. The new favorites feature is good too. I like when the brands I regularly shop are front and center.

Raise operates under the principle that you buy others gift cards at a discount; the reality is that its a site for scammers to operate. Raise allows the gift card to be kept by the previous owner so after your purchase the other owner can still use the gift card (which they will do) and if your unfortunate enough that it happens after there couple month time period Raise will help you by giving you the middle finger and saying its not our problem. I know this because it happened to me on 200$ worth of gift card purchases... If you have any sense at all stay as far away from this site as you can.
